Another thing is never roll them in newspaper. It is quite likely that its black ink will b consumed by the customers. Plain paper ( not printed) or banana leaf or any other clean nontoxic leaf could b used for serving.
Thanks for extra paint (off the table), extra iron (from kadhai) and extra carbon (from newspapers).
