These sure look like they'd work on my General XP. I installed a set of PRP straps but quickly found that the tire rubs on the strap bracket. Came across this vid while researching a solution. These would go great with my ST springs, too!
Sure! Start with the straps adjusted 1” shorter than the shock is fully extended. It will stretch quickly. If the shock ever starts to clunk again then adjust the clevis up 1/4” at a time until the clunk stops. Then your good for a long time. Enjoy!
@@ShockTherapyllcThank You!, can I do it with the shock still on? You see I'm an old, weak sumbitch and I can barely lift the shock to put it back on haha
The reservoir bridge on the S goes down hill from the top of the shock and hits the upper strap mount. We are designing a new upper mount that is offset for the S available in a month or so
2021 Turbo S has limit strap mounts factory installed. However, ST would be happy to sell you these with the explanation that the metal is poor quality, blah, blah, blah...

The velocity on the general xp creates issues for the limit strap kit. We are working on it next time one comes in 👍🏼
Do you have any plans for producing rear limit straps?
We have front and rear limit straps for all XP1000/XP Turbo models.
I got my straps, now waiting on funds to get a Pro Eagle jack so I can install them properly.
Do you have any tips on best steps to adjusting the straps?

@@ChewbaccaSoloWookie absolutely
I have a 1000 miles on these and absolutely love them the clunk is gone ,installed them ran 200 miles readjusted and been great since
Is the lower bracket the same as this one for RC2’s?
Yes sir
Shock Therapy llc Then received the wrong one
will these straps work with the stock rzr wheels?
Yes
How tight do the brackets need to be? You say close the gap but it seems awfully tight and I still have fingernail think gaps
The video tells you 40 ft lbs of torque. The gap should be even but it will never be closed completely.
@@ShockTherapyllc Is it 20 or 40 ft lbs of torque?

I can see these limit straps in my future. I use Pro Eagle jack extension, does that count?
Why don’t these work on the turbo s?

Of course. Just visit or site shocktherapyst.com and pic your parts.
Do we get a discount if we already bought the level4 kit?
Do you make anything for the Yxz 1000r?
Not yet but soon
LMBO!!! $300 FOR THESE IS A JOKE!!! Yes I understand the science behind these and stuff but dang come on!
Over 1500 Polaris limit strap customers would disagree with you.
@@ShockTherapyllc True but no telling how many see your price and keep scrolling. I bet that's a bigger number then your 1500 sold!!!
Just wait, another company will make or already made a simular strap for a reasonable price!
@@Countryboyzz71 They will have 2nd rate crap too. I want the good stuff. I have this kit and it is top notch.
Worth every penny
If you put the spacer on the other side of the lower shock mount it won’t rub the tire lmao, come on now
xXGOTCRABSXx537 thank you for your enlightened advice. We never thought of that. You should do that on your car and see what happens. 🤣
