Zoo Tycoon 2: Part 24A- Marine Mania part 4, Arluq the Orca part 1.

It's been over a year since I last played Zoo Tycoon 2, so this year I decided to play the campaign again. This time, I begin the fourth Marine Mania scenario, "Arluq the Orca", only to hit a hard time limit 3 1/2 hours in.
Interesting aside note: The cost of low chain-link fence is actually cheaper than the money you get from selling gates over jeep tour roads. This is handy in scenarios where you're chronically short on cash.
