A secondary school in Essex wil have to be rebuilt over safety fears in extreme weather conditions.
Sir Frederick Gibberd College in Harlow which was built at a cost of £29m has been closed by the Department for Education after previous issues were found including 'Large cracks, flooding and black mould''
