When you don't have CDs and you're being trade you do have to run. But the best thing to do is to try and not blow your CDs too quickly, but actually running a little bit before you don't have any left.

Have you ever thought about streaming? i never really see any assa rogue players out there, and watching actual high mmr arena games helps me and probably others to improve by a lot. Btw could you maybe do a video about some insights into defensive cooldown trading, and how you decide when to use something and when not ?
I have thought about it, and I don't do it mostly out of laziness. I wouldn't stream the highest rated games anyways I think, because people on EU just stream snipe then. The video topic you suggest is interesting, it could be nice!
