Lyman seems to have a plan, while Cox can't seem to answer a question. Cox talks like a marketer with a lot of 'dynamic' word salad.

The best debate we’ve seen from Utah. Much respect to both sides these are warriors that left it all out there. Spencer threw some punches but Phil came out with that dog in him. Republican Party won last night

Here are my notes, if they're helpful to anyone. Sorry, they aren't comprehensive. I was parenting and cleaning while I listened (once).
Lyman
- Believes in straight talk, speaking uncomfortable truths.. likes DeSantis in that way
- Believes the state shouldn't decide what is taught in schools, parent groups should decide that
- Believes bringing the Olympics back would cost Utahns a lot for infrastructure and such
Cox
- Governor for the past 4 years, lt gov for 8 years before that
- Believes stadiums have good return on investment for tax payers
- Says it would be an honor to have the Olympics return, doesn't cost us anything
- Believes being very kind in rhetoric but clear with policies is important
Homeless issues are mental health fact. Cost mental problems by lack of at night 8.5 hours per night sleep. And education issue.

I was never polled, nor was anyone that I know. No one is excited about the Olympics.
