    God Bless you for all you do 🫶 🙏 I have been in a wheelchair since 1999 because of Multiple Sclerosis and a bad fall. The pandemic hindered my progress. I was very down and losing hope. I came across your classes October 21 and have been doing the wheelchair and chair exercises every day. I enjoy the positivity and inspiration in every fun work out! I saw that you had a cubi class and I bought one! My mental and physical state has gotten so much better and I am getting stronger! I always get excited when I see a new video and watch it right away. God Bless you for saving my life!! I will get out of this wheelchair because of you ❤ and hard work 😀

    Hi.I started to move with JACK LA LANE . AT 19 YEARS OLD.I'M 75 NOW. And still moving after 2 hips and knees surgery but you inspire me to move even more .I can't stay still with your music and even when I am in pain I get through your routine and finish. You are a GREAT MOTIVATOR.AND I THANK YOU. BLESSINGS.

    Thank you for the exercise. This was very manageable from a POTS perspective. I loved the addition of the weights on the calves.

    P.s. my condition is very extreme. Both hips donot currently work, but God is healing me.
    I must continue my faith stronger than ever! Im in the wheelchair due to this lost , excuse me, temporarily lost mobility! Osteoarthritis. But with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!!! LOVE TO YOU AND ALL OUR CHRIST LOVING BRETHREN...AND ALL THOSE WHO NEED CHRIST, OUR LOST SHEEP BRETHREN, I PRAY FOR THEM MOST, I WAS ONCE ONE OF THEM

      Good Day! Yes all things are possible with God, just rest in that and don't worry about getting stronger faith. If we have faith as small as a mustard seed God will work with that.

    Truly movement is medicine as you said in this workout. I have just come back today from 10 days of being a very sick grandma, sadly no exercise ... needless to say this chair workout was just right for my working exercise back to my life. Respiratory/cold virus (not covid) so needed to start slow. Also may I encourage you, Paul Eugene, that after working out to exercise videos for many years now, including Billy Blanks, etc. (I'm 65) I must say your queuing and music is right there at the top, excellent. Thanks for all you do!

    Hi Coach Paul! I am 6 weeks post op for a total knee replacement. Prior to that, I religiously did your exercises daily. I needed to start getting back to exercising slowly and found this workout. This was perfect for me. Thank you for providing exercises that can be done while recuperating from surgery.
