No it’s not this is just glazing I do think it’s one of his best leaks in a while in terms of the idea and structure of the song and has potential to become a top tier Kanye song but as of now the vocals are horribly mixed the lyrics aren’t finished and the instrumental is good but things could be added to it, and the sounds could be mixed better.

@JammerXForce True, but he's also the guy who brought back "Believe What I Say" for Donda. Plus, he played this song at two different events in the fall of 2022, so he was way more committed to letting people hear this finished than he was for any Yandhi or Turbo song.
