i kind of feel similar, always between being unfit/tired sore despite trying to be active and thinking 'is there something making this harder than what others go through'. its pretty difficult to know anything when everyone has different bodies, different diets, different health conditions.im always surprised to hear people go to the gym EVERY day. i go through phases of working out 3-4 days (which impresses me because sometimes im just exhausted and sore for days (sometimes u just need to push through but trust your body)) when im on a roll and not in pain and then one day ill wake up with a sore back because of hypermobility throwing my hips off and im messed up for weeks as i try to heal. no matter how fit i get i always have thighs like lipoedema. i recently bought a walking pad though to make sure i get steps in which has been amazing mixed with bits of yoga, and reduced grains except oats for brecky. shortys need to be careful with portions too so 1 cup max or 3/4s of cooked oats. (with yogurt and fruit etc etc) more veggies and fruit keeping grains as a side dish or none. anyways idk if this is relevant but feel better
Weird question I saw you used the jovis thing for personality how does one practically use it and does it incorporate transneptunian planets
