అవును సర్ ఈ కోర్టులు వాయిదా వేయడం అన్నది చాలా తగ్గించాలి. తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టులో బెంచ్ నెంబర్ 14 లో ఒక్కసారి పెండింగ్ పడింది అంటే అది మళ్లీ ఎప్పుడు బెంచ్ మీదకు వస్తుందా అంటే అసలు వదిలేసికోవాల్సిందే. కొత్త కేసులు వస్తూనే ఉంటాయి పాత కేసులు కిందికి పోతూనే ఉంటాయి. అది ఏమి పద్ధతితో అర్థం కాదు. మాది లేఔట్ ల్యాండ్ కేసు బెంచ్ 14 లో ఉంది. చిన్న జడ్జిమెంట్ కోసం రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా వెయిటింగ్ లో ఉంది. అవతల వాడు మొత్తం కబ్జా చేసి కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ చేస్తున్నాడు. ఇక్కడ జడ్జి దగ్గర కదలిక లేదు. ఏంటో ఈ బాధ.
Make Judges accountable, there must be a deadline for each case, fraudelent adjoining must be stopped,Also judgements must be monitored to know if Judges compromised/ Colluded with Some Policitally influenced greedy Consuels.
If this can be done in other departments also it would be helpful to the common people. And I fully agree with you Mr. SURESH garu. There should also be a change in the public
Collegium of appointments, promotions, accountability, the number of unnecessary adjustments are all unsatisfactory.Radical refoms are needed urgently.
Better for the courts to settle most cases soon as the postponements of cases leads to carelessness for the criming elements as they feel cases would be draggedon for so many years and the culprints dont care facing any case
The last hope is Judiciary. Because by keeping all executive powers in hand of legislature become absolutely corrupt!? Executive is inactive with out powers!? Hence needs Constitutional reforms for existence of democracy!?
Yes taking adjournments very regularly seriously to be considered but sir for a judge one court for disposal important but what about lawyers can he act same day. Sir ur well aware of everything if going on taking adjournment wrong. Let’s all think and suggest. Sir Clients who are going to Supreme Court u r known. Always middle class and economic week Clint’s are suffers in this country
Go9d details. But one imp point is missed. Judgement reserved. Ni time limit. No way to question the supreme court. Pl discuss. Cbn case hearing was finished in last November. Till now no judgement. Why. This rule imported from britishers time still we continue our slavery 😩
