I think he's messing up the word "spaghettios" which is canned pasta. I think he's referencing that Minecraft lava kind of looks like spaghettios. This is one of my favourite random clips of his! Thanks for watching!
i think its more that some people, when they mess up or something unfortunate happens, they say uh oh spaghettiios, because it sounds similar. its like saying see ya later aligator. or whoopsie daisy.
