A radiator cheap so is the fluid and $1500 cheap too…. You have to look at the all around picture when it comes to these cars
If you had all the turn signals on it will work. If you have a blown bulb ( turn signal) you will get that same fast flashing. When you complete it it should work.

that dogleg is an easy repair if you can get some tools. Drill and drill bits, spot weld breaker, harbor freight welder and body hammers.
The correct bulb in the front should fix the fast turning signals
