I'm a girl and I cosplay boys all the time! (I'm the 2-D cosplayer). 2-D is even a bit more feminine than most so that's good. It's all about contouring and getting clothes that aren't feminine. Whenever I cosplay a male I always use pants that are made for guys. Try to make your body silhouette more masculine by doing that, and getting shirts/clothes that hide your hips. I also use a binder to hide my breasts, I use a tri-top from g2cb.
