in love. do yourself a favor and listen with good headphones so you catch every melodic detail.... close your eyes and escape. It's a beautiful journey with them.
I wonder if the venue realises what is happening at that moment. It's like Ella singing in the local pub. You didn't realise the impact on the world she would have. This is perfection.
Susan from accounting, Brad the financial analyst, and Tom the barista from the corner cafe down the block got MAD SOUL together!! All jokes aside lol, Moonchild has quickly become my favorite group! What a group of outrageously talented and creative people, wow.
@@Pupenhausen Not racist if you actually go by its actual definition and the hesitation is understandable, especially if you're a person of color who enjoys R&B/Soul/Jazz. White people are notorious for joining black-based genres and making bullshit but profit off it like it's sonical gold while those artists' influencers are a fraction of as known and rich. But there's also the situations like Bobby Caldwell and even here with Moonchild where instead of mimicking the culture and sound, they ingrain themselves in it. You can hear the soul in their voices and instrumentation. So no it's not racist. Maybe ignorant and a stubborn and narrow minded viewpoint but definitely not racist.
@@JMiliam So it wouldn't be racist if I said "I used to ignore Earth, Wind and Fire because they were black" then? Somehow I don't think that comment would sit well with black people.
