Found you on Instructables. The mouse is quite crazy ... but innovative, I like the idea of alternative joystick use. :D Perhaps I would make it more stationary - wiggling it in one spot rather than mousemoving, - kinda the trackball approach. Worth considering (for me). Thanks!

You can still move it, i had put some Hot Glue on the Joystick because its Grippy enough to grab the floor but with just a little more force you can move it fully, Hope you understand my terrible explanation haha.

wow, this is a very cool idea. i didn't expect you to not use regular sensor. i think you should add more supports around the stick and make a rubber tip (so it can be used almost as usual mouse, just push it to the side you want to move a cursor). also there are tiny bluetooth modules for arduino, you can make it wireless

Yes, the wire under one`s palm kinda sucks. But it also makes it ostendibly DIY-ish.

There are a few solutions like using an ESP32 but that would make the size bigger. And the Rubber Tip is an Amazing idea and even I thought about it, but it is not available much around the house and I really wanted to make this so even beginners can make it while being cheap so the last option is to buy rubber

@@liszcgsedt you could cut like the surrounding plastic and cover thich insulating tape to make the wire connecter part thinner
