I RECENTLY PLANTED SOME DIFFERENT HYBRID GRASSE IN MY BACKYARD AND ALSO SUN HEMP ALSON KNOWN AS (Crotalaria juncea L.) THESE ARE VERY GOOD FORAGES TO FEED THE ANIMALS. I HOPE YOU ENJOY...
The visual exposure and experience, makes learning better. 100% support in growing and using alternative feeds (grasses, shrubs and process food waste) for small and large ruminants. Thank you for your videos, it has really helped my operations with my West African sheep in Trinidad. All the best for 2023
Very informative video Sir Bernard. That mombasa looks like guinea grass. I remember as a boy raising rabbits and feeding them that because it was never ending, rain or shine. We never planted it but there was a special place where I went to cut it in the bush where it grew in huge patches.
Very interesting experiement. Sun hemp mash down. The other grasses would be great for silage. Would love to get some seeds of the surghum and sun hemp. Any available for sale? St Thomas side.
