I backed the HasLab Rancor X 2. I didn't want the project to fail but I can definitely understand why people were upset 💁♂️ I back pretty much every HasLab because I like the concept of being able to get these exclusive big box items. That Sentinel is fricking HUGE and I can hardly wait to get Galactus. This Rancor wasn't well executed and the fan base made it clear to Hasbro where they went wrong. It was definitely a victory for the people and I'm sure that it's a lesson that Hasbro won't soon forget 🤣
A victory for the people. Tell that to the ones who really wanted the rancor. Were the tiers bad? Yes. But you shouldnt be caring about tiers of you really want the rancor. If the gijow tiers sucked, qhoch face it. They were AWESOME!!! I still wouldve backed the jet because i love the SkyStriker, the F-14 is amazing. As for the ghostbusters. A proton pack without the wand?? A hose was a tier? A book? And the stand shouldve been included. Come on! $400. And the stands not included?!? So stupid!! I backed the SkyStriker. It qas the best bang for the buck.
@@killardan1 It definitely was a victory "for the people." If enough people didn't want to back the Haslab Rancor project then so be it. You can't force people to buy something that they don't want or believe in, and obviously there weren't 9,000 backers willing to support the Rancor. I'm glad that the project was offered, however I'm not going to shed any tears over it not funding either. You must have missed the part where I backed the Rancor project times 2. If everyone who wanted the Rancor project to succeed did the same, then perhaps the project would have moved forward. At the end of the day, it's just one toy, one project, that didn't work out this time. I'm 1000% certain that suitable substitutes to the HasLab Rancor exist

You know they won't let that mold go to waste, and can see a SDCC exclusive coming with that rancor keeper.
Well the keeper never had a mold yet.
And the rancor we had was just 3d printed. They hadn’t made a mold for it yet.
Most of us are poly collectors. I think they were also testing which ip was less of a risk to take. Showing it unpainted didn’t help hype either
