Dolce & Gabbana Makeup / Is It Worth the Money?

- I tried a full -ish face of the new D&G beauty lineup; it didn't go quite as expected.
I ordered these pieces from the D&G Beauty website. I forgot to disclose that my experience through shopping there was lackluster. I was sent two emails notifying me of my shipping (separate items) but no tracking number or courier. I checked my online account and order history through the website, but that information wasn't listed with the order. When I inquired through email requesting this information, I was given a generic response of expected shipping times and had to email again. The second response was a simple reply w/ a tracking number and courier-- no direct links.
To be fair, I went into this brand knowing next to nothing. Since filming this video, I have used these pieces individually several times but still don't feel I am getting my moneys worth. I skipped the lip plumping oil as they are not for me, the face primer, and the eyeshadow palette (horribly obnoxious packaging).
I guess I am a packaging snob?

Calecim has a hair growth line based on science. It is pricey but I do want to mention it.
I've never heard of them but I will definitely look them up now! My dermatologist started me on Rogain and took a biopsy of my hair line. I need some answers as to why my hair loss has exponentially worsened.
Love the look and those lips love me a red lip.... and that black snake ring what is it made from?
YESSSSS! I love red lipstick!!! Any excuse to find and wear red, I'm in!
To be fair, most of my random jewelry are gifted from my mom-in-law. I'm not sure the metal, but it's quite sturdy!
Only my pearl wedding band, black onyx ring, & silver band are from my husband. The rest were either gifted or borrowed (from my daughter!). I tend to be pretty frugal about jewelry. 😂

I was waiting for this review from you! I really like the whole line but because I don't like the eye palette they have right now, it doesn't feel complete to me. LOL. I would love to see some eye quads from the brand! Highlighter has a beautiful formula but it is not unique in my collection. BTW, I am happy to hear you're seeing good results with the hair serum. I used up my first bottle and took a break and I do see way less baby hair. 🥲
As you know, I had so very much happening in my life and time got away from me; but I am so happy to finally have this finished. I wish I could put more detail into the video but time is against me right now. I am disappointed by my experience with the brands customer service. The highlighter is pretty but not stand out, for sure. I wish the bronzer and blushes were baked. And why did they go for a liquid lipstick over bullet?
I'm glad I stuck with the serum but I'm really hoping for some answers from the biopsy my dermatologist took. Side note, that hurt 🤕
The packaging looked very bougie ,but I must say I have seen nicer formulas on your skin.

How do you feel about the foundation? Comfortable?medium coverage?
Honestly, I love the foundation! It's a skin tint with light coverage at most. It's one of the better skin tints I've used and pieces they launched. This one is good; price is subjective but I'm more of a medium coverage person so I won't reach for tints often outside of work. I hope this helps! 💚🌸 I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
