I’ve had mine for about a month now. 2022 GT-Line w/ red leather interior. (GT-Line Premium Package) BIG setup from my 2016 Nissan Sentra S, definitely want to blackout the KIA badging and get a tint on the windows. Happy to see you enjoying the new whip 😎
@@johnfranklin5277 I don't mean blackout as in getting rid of it, powder coat it black to give it a "midnight" look to it? Just that and window tint. KIA has some pretty nice cars in their lineup IMO
I’ve had mine for one month came across a few issues. 1. The screen will turn black when connected to car play. I have to plug/unplug for it to start back up. 2. Button on door handle sometimes will not unlock/lock I have to use the key. 3. Remote start is faulty, doesn’t always work.
awe man. I'm sorry to hear that. maybe you got a bad model?? When we first got ours, the screen glitched a little bit when we would put it in reverse. The reverse camera would be a blank green screen. Kia showed us how to reset the nav and everything so maybe you need a reset?
The Apple Car Play is an Apple bug… not KIA. Same thing happens in our Ford and VW. Remote start from the key or the app? If it’s the key, are you in range? That’s the only time I have an issue… 21 GT Line AWD premium Wolf Grey/Red interior.
I've had the same car except white since October. I've noticed lots of squeaks emerging, especially when it's cold. The latest is in the roof area near the sunroof controls. Very annoying. The fake exhaust tips are a huge zonk for me. The mirror I agree with also. I popped a tire in a pot hole and cost me $250 for a new one, had to go Bridgestone because no one had the Pirelli. The auto stop feature you didn't mention is also one of my favorites, just remember to not use it at the drive thru car wash (!). Sometimes the touch screen lags and it does take it a few moments to fully function responsively other wise it's awesome. I don't use the android auto because the ability to use the navigation allows me to use the default applications with Bluetooth and my cell. I'm curious when using the Smart mode what the different colors in the SMART word means (it goes from blue to white to red). It's my favorite mode as well. great update.
The colors in the smart mode match the colors of the other modes. E.g. sport is red, so when smart turns red, it means it's currently giving you sport mode. I just noticed this recently after owning the car for a year and a half! :)

Love everything but that MOVE OVER sticker is controversial to say the least lol but to each his own. I hope you guys decide to take it off soon. Otherwise thanks for the positive energy. I hope she can upgrade the civic to the new Kia K6 electric car! I think it’s called the K6. It’s just been introduced. Civics last forever though so she is probably smarter to keep it especially with new cars selling for sticker plus at dealers. I’ll subscribe and watch your other videos. I’m here just in confusion I know it’s different for everyone but in my K5 gt line it has heated steering wheel and the heat and cool seats I’m confused how are the same cars getting different things are these things in packages or something this is my first Kia and I’m looking for the differences in the cars for one day if I’ll ever get another because I can honestly say that this is an amazing car it literally does everything you can ask I just wish I could watch Netflix and UA-cam
