The AMI cable inside package is for cars with AMI input, if no such AMI input, no need to connect it.

I bought a 12.3 inch and installed it, but the sound and the picture are not synchronized. When you touch the car logo, the reverse image appears. The camera does not work to go back while watching a music clip. The joystick works in the car's menu, but it does not work on the screen. The rev counter works in the ghost screen menu. The km counter does not work. Please help me. My car is a 250 CDI 2015. model mercedes

look like that NTG 4.0 no need for AMi cable, is that true? or is this ami cable still needed to connect to aux port in gloves box? let me know about it. thx

NTG4.0 need to connect AUX cable to aux port for sound, no need for AMI cable, which is included for cars with AMI input only, thanks

My car has Ntg5 and has no aux port. It has 2 USB connection in the centre arm rest. How do we connect for Audio. Does it automatically connect. Your video is very good.
