Hi Ruth,
I have a similar dot on my right arm but I am not sure that it is birth mark or tattoo.
On the document I was born in 1970.
I grew up in the orphanage in Korea. I was almost dying when they found me.
I am still alone, no adoptive parents or no one was searching for me. If you don’t mind I would like to talk to you more. If you answer me I can give you my email address. I watched TV yesterday with tears.
