Moved out west in the '80's & drove to the Grand Canyon. It was incredible, made me feel very small & insignificant. Our God is an awesome God & his beauty is everywhere. I hope you get to see it. Love the B&B idea. FYI, been back in the south since '95 & glad of it😂.

Well, I just got home from VBS, It was a good but tiring week. our kids made almost 1700.00 dollars for a missionary in Africa. The only thing I did was make 3 desserts for the workers. I am retired can't do much anymore, but I was there every night handing out support. This my week.

There are some questions I have but I don't know the best way to message you. I'm glad Daniel will be closer to to on the farm I know he has been a blessing. I am excited for the air B&B. I want to take a weekend to come stay during a canning weekend visit your church do a nightly calf check with yall. I remember the blue cabinets and loved them also. I want to know if you are still dieting because you look like you have lost more weight. A must eat in MB we always go to Mammies for breakfast! Murrells we ate at Bovines right after Covid and it was so good. The next year not so but could have been us after a medication change. Crabby Mikes for buffet. Pier 14 is a must for us. We love their clam chowder.
We also like River City Cafe the one at barefoot. Burgers are great.. onion rings are massive and the slaw is so good and I don’t care for a chunky slaw but love this.
Blueberrys grill not the one at barefoot but between Myrtle and barefoot. Their blueberry hush puppies are amazing.
The biscuit mix I saw at food city in Pikeville KY but didn’t look to see if it was formula L. I will check. Food city is the only place I can get Hudson cream flour. That is my favorite.
Love chicken livers. Hate to make them. Love fried green tomatoes and saw maybe Facebook to cut the slices in fours (triangles) and fry that way. Another thing I hate to make but love them.
Mother in law will be 90 Wednesday and she does not like bakery cakes so trying to decide what to make that’s not time consuming lol

We’re in southern Mississippi. It’s been so hot our pool can’t be used. The water is so hot. I’m 77 and usually cold, but I try to stay in from the heat. Wanted to wish you both a great vacation and just say, watch out in this crazy heat and stay safe. Love to you and Bryant. God bless you all, today, tomorrow and always.

I just love you two!! Leslie, I agree with you on the chicken breasts. I personally don't like thighs but I don't mind the legs and I love the wings....breaded. I have sourdough starter in the fridge too but I'd rather make yeast bread.
I just bought the Southern Biscuit Formula L on Amazon and yes it was expensive but I just had to...lol, I'm going to try Walmart. Thank you for the live!! 🤗♥️

Have you been to Maine? So beautiful in the summer. I grew up there and spent time on the ocean every summer up until it had to be sold . It has been in the eighties to nineties mid day and sixties to seventies at night and in the early morning here in Kanawha County, West Virginia. I don't like the heat. I am prone to heat rashes in my cleavage and heat exhaustion. Lee's and my song is "I Don't Know How I Got By" by Edwin McCain. It is on The Family Man movie soundtrack and in their Greatest Hits album. Both of us had rough childhoods (I was abused and he was abandoned at age 11) and we are happy together. I didn't even hold my head up until I met him. My upper body runs hot and my lower body runs cold. I'm V-shaped with a proportionally too large bust. My shoulders and bust are my widest measurements. My waist and hips are narrower. I still only fit high rise junior style pants although I am 44. I don't have enough butt and hip for lady's sizes. Below my hips I am extra small. My bust is extra large.
You should check out Grandma Rose open pantry she made real Ice Cream making custard using eggs she made Butter Pecan ice cream she made it look easy and very good
