Someone is trying to reinvent the wheel here. The best solution is a fan heater, which contains a heated coil and creates warmth immediately. Fan heaters have been around for years. I bet they're a lot cheaper than this reinvented nonsense
Hi John - missing one thing that doesn't break the law of thermodynamics. Heat moves from a hotter place to a cooler place. The compressed air temperature is hotter than the cold water, so heat naturally moves into the colder water.
