What is the measurement in ml? That is what does one cup translate to in ml? Thanks.
I think even if you do not translate, you can just use 1 part of Juice for 6 parts of water (though it feel its a little too much water for me). but if you really need the measurements, a quick google converter will help
Is the seed crushed?
Yes, the seed will crush if you use juicer machine, if you plant to keep the seed try strain them by hand.

You can plant from seed but take a lot longer to produce fruit, you can get seed from online or try Amazon.com or ebay, I grow mine from plant also you can get it at Amazon.com or ebay.

To make the drinkable form have to add water and sugar and can be substitute with any other natural sweet according to your preference .
