She def should be on trial. She shot at Megan and Tory shot in the air. If Tory can be charged for discharging a firearm then Kelsey should at least be charged for that too. (Even though she should be facing attempted murder)

thats impossible, the audio of the 5 shots shows no space between them , if two people shot you would hear the transfer of the gun during the scuffle, it was tory, let it go

i think the guy on the left is confusing the investigation and the trial. i do agree the detective should have investigated both of them. when they get to trial it’s too late to try someone else
