As someone who is 33 and have drank heavily since i was 18 my liver tests are elite. I eat very healthy. No sugar at all. I drink a smoothie with half a whole lemon; peel and seeds included, cup of blueberries,1/3rd a cup of kefir regular, 2 cups of kale, half a thing of real ginger, flax seed, milk thistle seeds, 2 cups of water. 0 exercise. I also have a medical marijuana liscense that 80% is in the edible or drinkable form and i dry vape herb at 375 degrees. Doctor said biologically im 24 and im 33. Idk if its genes or what but ill take it.

Pancreatitus is not a fun way to go. It's not a quick silent death at all. Just a lil advise, I don't know what you mean by heavy.. but if you're talking polishing off almost a half gallon of liquor a day, I do recommend learning to at least start trying to learning to moderate a bit. It will catch up to you. And it'll come out of nowhere. Still got perfect lungs after smoking a pack and a half a day. Just never even thought about my pancreas, till I had to
