In the Professional Volleyball Federation's inaugural season Bethania won the Championship as part of the Omaha Supernovas. De La Cruz also won Season's BEST Server and First Team All-League honors.

While with Eczacibasi VitrA Istanbul, she won the European Champions League and the FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship, both in 2015. De la Cruz, a London 2012 Olympian, has been an integral part of the national team ever since being called to represent her country in 2005. The Outside Attacker has won gold medals at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, the 2009 and 2019 North & Central America and Caribbean (NORCECA) continental championships, as well as the 2008 and 2016 Pan-American Cup.
