PETE HAM

On the 27th of April Swansea City Council unveiled a blue plaque in honour of their own son musician and rock start Pete Ham. The plaque is situated at Swansea's High Street railway station. This is a video of that ceremony.

I just found this, its great that Pete Ham finally got his recognition. Now if only the R&R Hall of Fame will do the right thing and recognize Badfinger!

He was in a league of his own. Exceptionally talented and will be remembered not just as one of the greatest artists to have ever lived but also as a great man with a pure heart. RIP Pete Ham. You'll never be forgotten.

I love watching this video - it lets me relive that wonderful day again! It was so great that Swansea honored Pete with a Blue Plaque, and all those who gave speeches and the musicians who performed his music did so with heartfelt emotion and love. It was a day I will never forget!!
