I absolutely love these sausages spiral cut and slow cooked in a pan for breakfast. Keep that heat low until they are nice and caramelized, it'll take a while but it lets you get your morning rolling, then crack a couple eggs in that spicy fat that drips out and keep them eggs runny. Bonus points if you make it into a toasted sausage/egg sandwich with a bit of havarti or provalone, and if you really want to make it crazy add some pesto and mayo. Now if you're really feeling gluttonous, add some caramelized onions and peppers to the top, I had some left over from burgers the night before and it blew me away. I gained 10 lbs last summer having fun with those spiral cut sausages and various combinations, but the one I listed out is my favorite by far, the pesto is really what brings all those flavors together perfectly.
Malcom-I have been following you for a while now. You sir have THEE BEST bbq show around! I have made at least 3 dozen of your recipes and they have been unbelievably great!!! Look forward to many more recipes. Greetings from Greenback Tennessee.
Did the corkscrew score on the Nathan’s beef dogs tonight. Cooked them indirect on a Weber. It turned out amazing! The texture the outside of the dog was crispy and incredible. Each dog expanded and filled out the roll we used. I caramelized some onions and these were some of the best I’ve cooked on the grill. Thanks Malcolm!
Watched this video yesterday and made them today. Got to be one of the best sausages I've ever had. Cooked em at 225 on my ZGrill with Traeger competion blend. That slaw is a perfect compliment to a smoky and slightly spicy sausage.
Love your videos. I'd like to see one where you talk about all the gear you use. The different smokers and grills, utensils, accessories. How to clean the grills and smokers. Basically a hardware show. And talk about that Traeger ranger.
This is an awesome recipe. I like how the flavors all blend together nicely. But after trying it, I realized that there is room for customization, depending on what kind of mood you're in. So, today I tried a variation of this recipe and encourage Malcolm, or anyone else, to try it. I followed the same method as in this video, but with the following changes: --Replaced bbq sauce with Frank's Red Hot Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce (or use whatever wing sauce you like). --Replaced the Sweet Mustard Fire Slaw with a cabbage and red onion blue cheese slaw.
Well, I tried this as I said I would. We are at a camp ground with our Motor Home, so I used my Weber go anywhere charcoal grill. I used a different brand of hot links, BBQ sauce and spicy pickles, but followed the cook otherwise. Came out so good that I ate 2 of them. Thanks again for a great video. Ron
Spiraled for a reason , to render some of the fat out, but not enough to hurt, love it. This recipe is awesome, you have to love some heat, but again this sweet hot recipe rocks , so flavorful! Malcom is the man hands down , the grillmaster of all!
I love Malcom and his videos. I've been a fan for years. It's nice that he has some cooks for beginners like this one. Hot dog vs Beef Brisket, he can do it all. I fault the Traeger Ranger as a tailgater Q because it requires a hardwire 120 hook-up.
4:28 “and I’m just using… get outta there fly!”
Hands down my favorite part of this mouth watering video!
He could grill the fly and add some Killer Hogs rub and it'd still be yummy.
Those flies know where the flavor's at!
Potato buns are by far the best buns out there. Great video dude
Love Malcolms game day recipes!
Truly the KING of BBQ 🍖!!!
That slaw would be pretty damn good on his Nashville hot chicken sandwich
I'm always learning something new.
God bless all here

I used to eat Red Hots as a child visiting North Carolina.... PURE NOSTALGIA. This recipe & your channel is GOLDEN!
This dude freaking rocks! I’ve replicated his recent cooks and they come out incredible!
Gotta love Malcolm!
Finally some more how to cook meat on a BBQ correctly! Let's get to cooking!
That ranger is a neato little burrito, I'd like one for my place too.
Everything you cook is top shelf. Even a simple smoke sausage. Keep the recipe coming

Never did that. Just a grilled hot link, ketchup, and a tortilla. Now wondering what something else is.
