I too have been (exclusively) using Greenworks 40v tools for over 10 years; I also recommend them to everyone who owns a bit of land and may be in the market for reliable tools. Solid, dependable and while not inexpensive, these tools are durable and worth the cost.
I have slowly acquired a 40V blower, hedge trimmer, string trimmer and 21" mower and I'm very impressed with the design and build quality of all of them. Since they all typically come with at least 1 battery and a charger, I now have 6 batteries and 4 chargers. That can keep me going on about any job. Just ordered this 16" chainsaw with battery/charger ($135) a couple days ago.
Have been a Dewalt system user- but Greenworks seems to achieve a better value vs performance point. I have their 24V impact wrench and now ordering this chainsaw on sale. Individual battery costs remain an issue, as the better quality generic battery producers aren't supporting Greenworks.
