But I knew that if I got lazy and complacent like my mother and twin brother had that we would all end up homeless. So I improved by 1000%, because I didn't have a choice. Now I'm financially responsible for the family that abused me, but one day plan to move out and leave them to fend for themselves.

Ironically it was my coworkers' and bosses' kindness that helped me to continue improving past necessity. I quickly went from scared kid to a sort of leader in my workplace, and so I continued to improve further to be the leader that they needed. 2020 and 2021 were like twenty years condensed in two.

Guys… it seems to me that most guys are attached to the idea that we men needs woman in our lives. That tells me most men who think like that are not living their true potential. Or they settled at baseline. Which is sad. When men have options, which is by default his true nature. Emotions are real. If you don't believe that, they you don't understand why people have nervous breakdowns, or go postal and shoot at a crowd from a Las Vegas window. You don't understand how so many sickness's (including cancer) develop or why one day you are powerless to get out of bed. Or develop addictions. Addictions almost always come from a failure to feel. Anything that you push away for too long will come back stronger. HOWEVER, we are not our emotions, they are only a part of us and they often change, our emotions need to be acknowledged, but they don't need to rule us. Mature adults understand that it is one thing to acknowledge and recognize what you are feeling, however it is quite another how you choose to act or not act on them. You don't need to act them out. But you do need to recognize them. It concerns me that Casey denies them to the extent he does in this video. You can be a strong man, absolutely alpha and recognize or even express them to others. IN AN ADULT AND MATURE WAY. You can take some time, gather your thoughts around them and express them later. Trust me, women not only respect this, but also admire it if you are able to be articulate and masterful in how you express what you FEEL, and what you have decided to do as a result.

I had spend the first 6 months of 2020 even more depressed, anxious, self-loathing, and suicidal than I was as a teenager. 2020 had that effect on many people, after all. But in the second half of 2020 I realized that if I didn't swim I would surely sink, so I learned how to swim. It was an extremely hard and painful process. I had trouble just getting out of bed, never-mind waking up early, working out, cleaning the house, avoiding sugar, avoiding pmo, avoiding video-games and anime, studying for 8 hours a day, applying for jobs, taking cold showers, journaling, and unpacking all of the trauma my family had put me through. But I knew that if I got lazy and complacent like my mother and twin brother had that we would all end up homeless. So I improved by 1000%, because I didn't have a choice. Now I'm financially responsible for the family that abused me, but one day plan to move out and leave them to fend for themselves.

I continued improving beyond 2020 out of love for my new coworkers, who treated me with a sort of kindness my family had never shown me, despite their claims that the outside world was brutal and unforgiving. Ironically it was my coworkers' and bosses' kindness that helped me to continue improving past necessity. I quickly went from scared kid to a sort of leader in my workplace, and so I continued to improve further to be the leader that they needed. 2020 and 2021 were like twenty years condensed in two.
