Recipe
For marinate
Add kashmiri chilli powder 2tsp
Add pepper powder 1tsp
Add chilli flakes 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric p 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
1egg beaten
Add half cup cornflour
Half cup all purpose flour ( maida)
Salt to taste
Marinate chicken
For at least 1hour
Deep fry chicken drumsticks
In a pan
Add oil 2 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1tsp
Add tomato sauce 1 cup
Add corn flour slurry ( 2 tsp cornflour mixed with water)
Add sugar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Add fried chicken
Mix well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Drums of heaven ready to serve
