I know companies don't want to be critical of themselves, but I would prefer them saying "classic series is our 'entry level' monitors; SAM is the same as classic series, except with DSP, class D amplifiers and a much higher price; The Ones are our flagship models, double the price of a SAM monitor and we're not even gonna bother explaining how they sound different or better (we're gonna keep insisting that the cheaper monitors are already the perfect, ultimate and best sounding speakers), but apparently they do".
Yeah, I know that everyone's room is different and budget as well (something the guy in the video didn't seem to mention), but it's seriously annoying not to have a hierarchy which clearly exists not explained clearly.

Hello, I have a question concerning your classic series. Does the 8050B convert the analog xlr input to digital? I ask because I do NOT want my analog signal to be digitized. Is there any sort of dsp or digital correction in the 8050Bs or are they purely analog?

My choice would be between the 8350's and The Ones in the same size, but I have to say that the 1032C SAM monitors are very cool. They have sleeper written all over them.

Well I used your Loudspeaker Selection Tool and it gives me 12 options 😐…..Well at least we ‘narrowed’ it down.. 😂

Sorry! Regarding Loudspeaker Selection Tool - it is work on progress and we had left the link to it by accident on this video. We will remove it for now. Don't hesitate to reach us at support@genelec.com and we are more than happy to help with the decision!

@@genelec Highly appreciate your reply! And I also appreciate and totally understand that it’s not easy to make such a tool very accurate when there are so many factors to consider. Perhaps it would already be helpful if you’d make it possible to pick a specific roomsize as an option. Thank you for showing great support! 🙂

As much as I love Genelec, you guys have far too many models and versions of models in my opinion, just as I think I've found what I want to purchase I discover a new genelec model
