Any NBA player worth their weight in salt can execute a screen at a decent clip but it takes some insane, all time conditioning to run the way Steph does. Wilt, AI, Kobe and maybe a few others were at that level. It's easy to say I don't get catch and shoot looks without tailoring your game to get catch and shoot looks. That's mostly on Dame.
