It's definitely not beach front but you could see north beach in the distance. This unit was nice since it's on the end/corner. The Ixchel Beach Hotel is to the immediate right.

What was the view like looking towards North Beach? I couldn't really catch a glimpse of it in the video.

Have you stayed at Ixchel before? I'm considering both options, but my gf prefers the all-inclusive aspect.
Never stayed there. There are plenty of great places to eat all around. Na Balam on the beach has great food and you can dine at a table in the sand.
