Great video! Thanks for sharing such great information, especially for actually showing a Superior Room. No one ever seems to share what those look like, so we appreciate finally getting to see one.
Food and drink at the beach club is included if you are on the all-inclusive plan. If you want to use one of the Bali beds on the beach, though, that is an extra cost.
Fantastic and informative video! Trying to decide which resort to stay at for whale shark season next spring and this resort keeps popping up. Price is good which makes me skeptical but your video puts me at ease booking here
This is something you would have to request with concierge. It wasn't specifically offered or mentioned on our visit, but I would imagine it is an extra cost.
Hi Marisela, it really depends on your desired travel dates and other needs you might have for travel. Oftentimes our suppliers have different prices for this property, sometimes lower, sometimes higher, and usually there are other things that we are able to book for you as well. Not to mention a travel agent works with the hotel on your behalf if booked through them. If you book directly, you'd need to handle everything with the hotel (which they are very helpful and responsive, in our experience!). If you'd like us to look into this for you, please reach out by email.
The Beach Club is open to anyone staying at the resort. No extra cost unless you're renting a Bali bed, or if you're drinking/dining at the restaurant and aren't on the all-inclusive plan. If not staying at the resort, a sign there said the Beach Club offered day passes for ~$100 per day for non-resort guests, but we didn't see anyone taking them up on that. Having said that, the shoreline itself (beyond the rope in the video) is public access, so anyone can go in the water or walk the shoreline.
The video was shot over several days (we stayed a week), but was mostly during the mornings. It is a pretty small and quiet resort on the whole, though.
This is the best video I’ve seen to review this resort. Thank you!

Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching.
This is a great video!!
Is the Beach Club included in the all-inclusive? Food/drink? Or is that separate?

How is the fishing in this area?
Hi! We did not fish on our trip, but my understanding is that Feb-August is the main time for sport fish. All catch and release.
Are there any bars open late included with the all inclusive plan
The bar at Playa Norte Beach Club is open until 11 pm. That'll be the latest one, but they also have 24-hour room service.

Glad it was helpful! We were a little unsure ourselves but the price swayed us, and we don't regret it!
I looked on the website and saw private romantic dinners is this included in the all inclusive plan

How big is this resort? How many rooms?
This resort has a pretty compact footprint, and it has 124 rooms in total.
What nights do they do the outdoor dining?
When we were there, they did the Rodizio on Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.
What is the difference between booking with y’all than the actual website? I am trying to go up there next year and want to know what to do

can you access the beach near the hotel for free..? or is it only available through that beach club
