Dubai 1994 then and now (part one)

25 years ago ! How this city has grown ! I go back to Dubai and film from the same locations I filmed way back in 1994. Almost everything has changed but a few places are the same. I have a lot more film from 1994 so don't miss part two !

In 1990 business was on peak and expenses, rent were very less and now business is less and all other expenses are sky rocketing!!!

Your videos are priceless, I love this area of Dubai (Deira). When I've visited it, it felt so timeless and your videos are the proof of what I'm saying 👏
I like the modern Dubai but Deira is more authentic with its "normal" people working or making business with simplicity.

I was born in Abu Dhabi and shifted to Dubai in 1995. I was there till 2010, had a great time. Knew Deira like the palm of my hand.

Do you know whats inside Deira tower? The windows from outside look very small, I wonder if its really dark inside. It is 70s architecture, built in 77-78
