Did you have experience in using this technique in children? Where I work (in Brazil) we don't have Ketamine available so I'm wondering if I could use low doses of Fentanyl like 25-50 mcg and/or haloperidol to try to facilitate the cooperation in the patients that need it. Did you ever used this drugs with this intention?

I forgot one question. To facilitate the view in the awake approach we should use the sniffing position as well?
