every year someone will stand head and sholders above the rest . last year it was CRYSTAL BOWERSOX. this year it has to be this guy SCOTTY . im from england so most of you wont know who im on about , scotty reminds me of one of our well known singers VAL DOONIGAN .

Even though this guy won its time to make a female the winner of American Idol. In my opinion Lauren should have won but as long as we have little girls drooling in front of the tv voting with their pink cell phones we will never have a female win american idol again
@superk734 Scotty is amazing, but he does not have that one of a kind country voice, there are many Country Singers in the past, 60's 70's, 80's that sound the same. This is the traditional style of COuntry SInging, like Randy Travis etc,. it's just that young folk today, don't know what's up!

At first I just thought Scotty had a beautiful voice, but needed a lot more training. After hearing this song he's just awesome.
