Occult Brawler changed my account when I pulled him. It skyrocketed my CB damage across the board overnight. He will always have a special place in my heart.
I have him at level 50 and still dont know hoe to use him...i mean what is the best gear and what masteries would make the difference?..your opinion is to max him up??should i replace him in the place of Kael?
One poisoner i really like is urticata, she is 100% designed for clanboss. She is often overlooked as its here passive that make everyone put poison on enimys who got hex, with that she does less damage then many other poisoners herself but the rest of the team also put out tons of poison from here passive so the whole team together make crazy damage in total. And in the end its really the total damage that is most importent. With here on my team i always have max 5% poisons every turn on a 1:1 team even if i dont got any other poisoners , i use one extra hex debuffer though. She alone does 19-21M damage but rest of the team also get more damage from poisons they output from urticatas passive.
Great review! You might want to add '"Epic" Poisoners' to the title. Looks like there is a lot of confusion in the comments about that (and about leaving Anax out because he's so powerful). Fahrakin AND Geo + either a defense down and weaken champ or Vizier (bis) if you have him are really powerful for the easy double maneater. I was so disappointed that I missed geo by 2 ancient shards when he was guaranteed!
Just to say one thing for *Aothar* vs Rowan etc - if you need a Force champ to take the Stun targeting from Heiress, particularly against spirit (in a Myth-Heir style comp). Hes is a decent epic (1key UNM possible) option in that scenario (Besides Fu-Shan (dec def and hits), Rhazin (dec def+weaken but defense hits), Brakus (weaken), Vizier (debuff extension), Geo (geo things, but geo doesn't work as well in a block damage comp)). As another note for *Aothar* , turn off his A3, and use Giant Slayer it will do more damage (hell if you chuck him in the deadwood clan boss calculator he is automatically setup like this). Another point is that *Geomancer* is a lot more useful in other areas of the game built a bit a bit differently if you need him elsewhere (which can be annoying if you have him setup for your clan boss team IMO) and he doesn't work nearly as well in a block damage comp compared to an unkillable comp assuming you even have him for this comparison. Aside from the usual obvious things like the fact *Frozen Banshee* works significantly better paired with at least a counteratk/debuff extension/ally atk/faster ratio; and doesn't particularly scale with Atk Up. Like this test was setup to make her unfairly fail (as you basically said). I mean all the champs switch around which setups they prefer and would gain benefit to varying degrees baseded on the above but FB and Geomancer in particular get starkly different results based on the setup. ---- I know this is a late to the party response just wanted to add my piece.
I would suggest putting in Urogrim for a comparison next time with his A2 place 2 5% poisons for 2 turns and A1 Attack enemy twice with 40% land 5% poison fully booked I get about 13 to 16 million on a mid tier build on ultra nightmare clan boss using double maneater
I agree with going by overall team damage than individual damage, depending other Champions on the Clan Boss Team. Synergy between the Champiions used on the team matters overall.
Thank you for breaking this down like you did, Skratch. I've been toying with my DPS/Poisoner in my UNM team and have settled on Anax for now. With similar stats Anax does much more damage than Fayne (even with Fayne in a toxic set). With the basic Demytha-Deacon-Heiress-Seeker team, Anax deals ~10M more damage, consistent 83-85M per key. Fayne couldn't get beyond 73M. I was surprised to see Aothar so high up on the rank, though.
thank you for this series of clan boss videos!! i also watched the colab videos and other clan boss video recently, what left me still with some open questions. As i would like to help my clan by upgrading my bateater team i am still a little bit lost. Do you thinking about a clanboss team tier list? something like 1. infinity world record team, 2. infinity teams, 3. helicath teams, 4. demytha teams with ninja 5. demytha teams, 6. bateater teams with lego dds, 7. bateater teams with fayne/others, and so on. (i am guessing here). Also a colab with hellhades would be awesome because he as the data from the optimizer and it would be possible to estimated the min /max team dmg potential for each team.
Hey, thx for work, really appreciate that someone doing content like this. Coz i love Clan boss content most than the others. But no offense, for my opinion, there is few testing mistakes. About the set, you put there same gear, which is not good for all champs, some of them need some other sets like ocult or banshee or akemptum like counterattack set. Also talent for longer debufs for 1 turn. And more runs for each comp, at least 5-6, best is 10 to reduce randomity. I know its gonna take a lot of time, but if you want make proper and consistant statistic its gonna be better. But still great work.
I replaced Frozen Banshee with Dark Kael on my 1 key, non-unkillable team. I prioritized his reduce attack skill and the team hits 45-55 mil vs nightmare, about 10 mil more on average than with FB in spite of having tweaked FB for a lot longer. Not sure if Dark Kael is as good for unkillable teams since I'm still working on my unkillable team.
Frozen Banshee needs better support to maximize her damage. She would probably do better with Vizier instead of Brakus as a teammate because Vizier extending Poison Sensitivity would benefit her more than Brakus giving her Attack Up.
I use frozen banshee with vizier, she is only 50 tho. Fully booked but I'm still lacking for damage. Been using them and scyl deliana and artak, artak is only 50 as well. I have Suiren and Rowan and Juliana, have Aothar but I haven't worked on him
A really great Poisoner would be of Course Gnishak Verminlord. He fills up the debuff bar very fast so the max amount of Poison stacks is reached within 3 turns. Also when you have him in an unkillable with someone who does burn, like geo and some weaken/defense down you can get easily a one key Team in a slow Maneater comp for example. Gnishak has the Benefit of being very fast at what he does, and thats putting out Poisons and additionaly he is a 3 hitter. So when you set his AI up and he only uses his A1 hell proc a lot of Giant Slayers. Have been using Occult Brawler for a long time but even with the same gear Gnishak just Outdamages Occult Brawler.
@@guttertiergod1125 In The Clan Boss Battle only A1 because its a 3 hitter. Thats why Giant Slayer makes Sense and pretty often he manages to get 1-2 Giant Slayer hits in a turn, sometimes 3.

Your frozen banshee test was very different to what I see, my debuff bar with her is always full, with ninja as my second dps. Froban is my stun target and I don’t have block debuffs or cleanse and she always pulls over 19 mil damage… I don’t know what is different because yours is also 2:1. My froban is also built much worse (she only hits 30k on a3 not 130k Edit: just realised you didn’t test as a 2:1…. That skews these results quite a bit in my opinion.
Wot no Venomage? That's who I use for a 2 key in easy double maneater, does around 11M pretty reliably with help from Vizier. Geo does most of the heavy lifting though.
You could probably reach out to community and ask someone if they have a scarbius and the gear to get him up to the stats you had. I'm sure some good soul would help you complete the list
I really like the idea of putting out a video about who is the best Poisoner. But for some reason I was expecting to see some other champions mentioned. I've only been playing for maybe 7 months. So maybe I was wrong. But looking over my roster I have Venomage and Gnishak. Gnishak puts out lots of Poisons, and couldn't Venomage activate them? Venomage isn't F2P, but Gnishak is.
I would really like to see Fahrakin with Anax, Geo, Fayne, etc. You got me all pumped up for Anax, so I built him out. I am running Helicath, Toragi, Fayne, Fahrakin and Doompriest. SHould i sub out Toragi for Anax and Make Fahrakin my stun target? I do not have a Seeker, Maneater or Demytha. I did just get Michinaki today. Please let me know what you think.
now im wondering if i need a geo in my setup with a posioner, i curently use farakin and rhonda(toxic) w/[ Helicath, Sepulcher, Seeker} and i can get 36m-65m depending on affinity, so 2 key no matter what. maybe swap farakin with one of my Geo's.
10 Million for Frozen Banshee is kinda low. When I look at the damage each hit does like 7 times more damage then mine but my 3 to 1 banshee does a total of 38 million damage at unm. I wonder what kind of damage mine can do with your damage
suiren can do more numbers with a better build I use her on my one key team for all affinities fayne does a bit more dmg but I like not having to swap champs

I second this, the rat king has been putting in work for me with those poisons swapped Aothar fully booked with masteries and gnishack is doing 7 or so mil more damage on average
you didnt really do fayne justice with how you rotate her skills, some of us fayne regulars can tell you aren't accustomed to her at all. My 8 weeks F2P does the same damage as your kraken acc do when i use her abilities right 😆

Good video bro, but the strongest poisoner its Urtikata. Sure, her team shold had around 100% CR but damage is super high.

She does, but if you don't have vizier that's what she will offer you.

Awesome video! Fahrakin is great for any team that doesn't have a painkeeper. I use geo in bateater, so that's why I can't use Fahrakin currently.

Since you're doing an unkillable, could you try Leorius since he does double damage basically when he's low on hp?
I noticed wIth Farahkin the Fat, outting his A2 as the 1st prioty allows him tk deal much more damage because of the hp burn and poison

I mean this is a classic 1 to 1 team. 90% of the players don't run 2:1 because of speeds and other champions needed for it.

my cb team: 2x ME, 1x farakin, 1x geo, 1x visir. 86-90 mio on void. on any other it can spike up to 100 mio.

Replace Fayne with Anax! Toragi is very helpful with Ally Protection,plus he's got that great passive where he puts out poisons whilst getting hit
