This is the only "end" theme I have always remembered from Charmed, I just never could forget it. I would watch Charmed everyday at 4 instead of doing my homework lol.
Same, Season 1,2,3 were great. Season 1 my fav. Shannen really was a root of the show, her acting is next-level good. She has a very powerful presence on set. when she left the show didn't feel the same. Rose brings her own style and shes a good actor also, but Shannen was really special and part of the show's feel
agree, the show was very iconic and unique in its style. the victorian house with all the flower prints and peaches and creams and dark wood grains, it very sensual, had an old-fashioned style to it while taking place in a modern setting. It has aged very well, still feels fresh and funny and cute and has its serious moments. they did a great job on the writing/styling. later seasons could get a little silly but every show goes through changes and culture changes as well. hollywood/entertainment industry is always on the cutting edge of culture and fashion changes etc., especially a flagship popular show like Charmed
It has been over 20 years since this television phenomenon entered our hearts and minds, and created magic before the start of the millennium. The 90s have passed but the nostalgia and lifetime of memories remain, including Charmed itself. Fantastic work recreating this classic theme to one of the greatest shows ever! PS - Happy Holidays Edit: Shannon Doherty (Prue) passed away July 13, 2024, after battling cancer since 2015. She was surrounded by her friends and family, a beautiful, magical woman with heart. RIP
Incredible. Having that feeling of wanting to go back to a time that no longer exists, but the memories are still so clear triggered by this instrumental. Sometimes, I refuse to believe that after death, that's it, not when such complex human emotions exist.
It's the best end credits ever. It's so sweet and haunting that it takes me to another world. I've put it on as an alarm clock and I can't get enough of it.
This piece is sooo gorgeous, I’m gonna go cry in the shower. My God. Every time it comes on, it’s like a gift from heaven above. Man, the 90s were truly magical ✨
haha I think of the same thing- a hot shower on a cold ass night. dim lighting, candles etc. the water hitting your head and ears, drowning out all sound except the roar of the water and this song playing in ur head. candles lit, etc
I relate to this SO. HARD. It's these end credits and the original end credit song for the OC that give me THE strongest, most time-bendy sense of nostalgia that I have ever experienced in my life. I love them so fucking much
Hearing this which is so nostalgic and relaxing, meant "you have school tomorrow, go to sleep" when this show was on back in the day-- thank you for bringing me back!
Watching charmed as a teenager reminiscing how much I never missed an episode lol😂. I always loved this soundtrack the expressive emotion behind it, which really peiced together well with the series. Always left me emotionally in tears it would sit with me in even hrs after I've watched it. What people haven't mentioned, or I'm not sure they know. This wasn't always the end theme to charmed there is also another one. Which isnt really what I wanted to hear. Its funny because when I think back everytime. I remember watching it and when it was coming to an end I was hoping forvthe song by Jay Gruska to play😂. Most the time it was and when it was . I would turn up the TV just to hear it play lol. I adored the tune that much. I wish I had the song for myself. However, there was no UA-cam back then. But to be ble to listen to this as a adult, for free, now there's a UA-cam. Is everything to me.
Used to love this ending theme, it was so nice and relaxing. It still is. I'll never forget watching Charmed, I used to binge watch the show all weekend as I missed the original airing. So many good shows have gone like this, I put Supernatural in the same league.
Look at all of us up here post pandemic I'm ½way through S2 (Animal Pragmatism), and I watch the credits just for this. Makes me wanna move back to Reno so badly
Thank you from Northern Ireland. Loved this jazzy outro. Very fond and cherished memories of growing up with charmed . It's such a pity the feature length studio version of Jay Gruska's marvelous score was never (to my knowledge) released officially. Thank you for working your magic and giving it the extended length treatment it deserves.
Dear Charmed I am sooo GRATEFUL to you for the best Teenage years of my life by watching you and hearing this most amazing relaxing music 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️... Ohhh my teenage years PLEASE come back 😭😭😭😭
I remember watching this as a toddler in the early 2000s on summer days at my grandmothers house at 6-8 am. Used to fall asleep on the living room couch and my Black cat “Vator” used to always jump on the couch and lay with me around the same time charmed came on TNT.. right before the sun ☀️ rised on the horizon.. could still see the morning dew on the grass from out the windows.. would grab the remote and turn the the tv to channel 45 with cookie dough and a spoon 🥄. I had 2 sisters and since I was the oldest we would play charmed and I would be Prue and the middle sister piper and the youngest would be phoebe.. we used to laugh at her because phoebe never had an active power.. got my tough as nails and get it done attitude from Prue, those qualities passed over to me to never be a quitter and get things done in a timely manner and do it correctly as well as take no nonsense.. I’m in college now and that mindset has helped me A LOT! I have so much respect for Shanon Doherty and all of the ladies on the show.
Awesome. Shannen played Prue so well. She was elegant and serious and sexy and classy all at the same time. What's also interesting is if you watch interviews with Shannen she is very bubbly and energetic and laughs a lot, she seems super social, which is totally diff than the character of Prue. Charmed was the only thing I saw Shannen in so when I saw interviews of her I was really surprised at how energetic and friendly she is
I love this episode-end music. It brings back so much nostalgia from watching Season 1 on my tiny-ass 13 inch SONY in 1998. This, 7th Heaven....Charmed Season 1 had such a cozy, modest, sexy elegance to it. The show was dark and serious yet comforting too. The Season 1 wardrobe, the sisters all still looked gorgeous without the aggressive wardrobe in S2-3. This song made me think of romantic & passionate nights with Prue. The warm, dim lighting in the manor, the fuzzy camera effect, the sisters look like angels. Everything is so sensual on Season 1 of this show. This gentle twinkling acoustic guitar is so relaxing yet has a deepness and romance to it. This is perfect for Season 1. Bonus: this ending music first appears in S1E6 The Wedding From Hell. In the very beginning of the episode there is a different piece of this same style music. Must have recorded it in the same audio recording session. I'd love to know who played the guitar and simple drum here.
I thought I was going crazy because I’m watching the series now I brought the entire collection on Amazon a few years back and will literally binge watch it randomly to bring back good memories and I kept saying to myself the ending song is different but I would never really pay attention in the first few seasons because that would be the time I go run to the bathroom and get snacks lol
Sorry for the second comment. But my condolences go out strongly to Shannon Doherty. 🙏 She and Holly combes which were both good friends. They were my favourite actresses on charmed. R.I.P Shannon. As a fan you will forever be in my heart and I hope you find peace ✌️ ❤️
I remember I would watch this show every Thursday after school back in 1999. I grew up in the middle east so all US cable shows are shown in the afternoon.
Yes I agree currently on season eleven of Supernatural, and the seventh season of Charmed. Also love Buffy as well along with Angel all incredible nostalgic series even Smallville. #TimelessTelevision
La mia adolescenza, lo guardavo in prima serata con mia madre e mia sorella, era qualcosa di meraviglioso, ed andavo a dormire tranquilla, sentendomi una vera strega! 🥰♥️
I wasn't born when this TV show was first being made but I'm pleased to say it's one of my favorite TV series around, I have after many years finally finished my collection of every season and I'm happy to say it's amazing. (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

Coming here after finding out Shannon Doherty lost to cancer😢 RIP Our Prue Halliwell Forever Charmed 🙏🏿
This is the only "end" theme I have always remembered from Charmed, I just never could forget it. I would watch Charmed everyday at 4 instead of doing my homework lol.
Haha me too
Well any episode of Charmed is better than homework lol
Same with me!
Same 😂
I'll miss you Shannen
I saw “Charmed” after school in 2000s but never appreciated that time. I lived without thinking that these were the best times of childhood.
Needs to be an album's worth of this 🖤
R.I.P. Shannen 🙏🏾❤️
How I wish this was on Spotify, so I could listen to it while cruising around San Francisco. 😢
Its on Spotify type soundtrack, jay Gruska .

The Original CHARMED never get old. Still my all-time favorite TV show. I love season 1-3 😍
Season 1 was most modest and innocent, love it

My favourite Charmed ending theme, I love the guitar finger-picking/noodling parts. 🧚🏻♂🧙🏽
R.I.P Shannen Doherty. Prue will always be our favorite sister. Rest in peace knowing you are Charmed.
Sadly we now roll these end credits for Shannon Doerty. 😥

It's the opening on this episode
Just what I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I need this vibe on a loop.
Before the magic of Harry Potter.. .
there were the Charmed ones 😊
I came across this because of Shannen 💔
This was back when society wasn't afraid of beauty
This song hits different now😢r.i.p Shannen Doherty
Where can I find more music like this?
I miss those times.
We should always remember the hard work that the creators of the show have put their hard work into making the series to make people happy.

For me it meant " Hello Long Weekend", since it aired on Friday Nights here where i stay.
this show also makes me think of the PC game MYST, the dark elegant, luxury feeling. mystery

Da music here is atmospheric and its got a good upbeat
It’s a pity that the best character just last the first three seasons.
I’m glad there are no photos of Paige (Rose McGowan). For me this song originates and reminds me of the original 3.
Who's Paige?
I only know those three ...

Rious Hima this show only had 3 seasons from what I recall
Prue, Phoebe, and Piper forever!
