Thanks for a reaction with great sound and no interruptions during the song. Opeth are amazing, absolutely fantastic. I started listening to them back in 1999 with Still Life.
Opeth is the band that really made me fell in love with music. After them, i started to enjoy new genres outside metal. That's why they will always be my favorite band. This song is remarcable (i considere this album their best sound production). But if you wanna try some songs that people don't react very often, i would say: - The Apostle in Triumph. - Nectar. - Credence. - White Cluster. - The Leper Affinity. - Deliverance. - Closure. - Beneath the Mire. - Heir Apparent (The live version of their last DVD is amazing). - The Lines in My Hand. - Eternal Rains Will Come. - Chrysalis. Yes, that's one song for each album. Nothing on particular, i just love their whole catalog. Keep it up! .
Great band, great song. This one is definitely in my top 10 Opeth favorites. But where to go from here? Back to the formative 90s? Into the proggy 10s? So much to choose from. Perhaps April Ethereal or Demon of the Fall from the My Arms, Your Hearse album (1998). Good reaction, dude. You're gonna enjoy more of their music!
when of my all-time favorite songs. Check out Opeth's Ghost Of Perdition and Grand Conjuration (off same album as Harlequin Forest), and Deliverance for a few more similar songs.
Yeah, I've been listening to Opeth since 99 and they never get old. You've got a lot of catching up to do and I'm kindof jealous. I wish I could hear it all again for the first time. Another band you could check out that might blow your mind is Uneven Structure, the video for Frost/Hail is amazing. If you're like me you'll get lost in it like you did with this song.
Jump straight into music? No trash talk and pauses? Love it !

Viktor Johansson Thanks for watching!!
This is just harlequin forest. Reverie is a "Secret" track that appears at the end of the previous track.

Absolutely beautiful and powerful and kind of eerie song, great reaction, thanks for doing it!
If you know nothing about Opeth, great times awaits you.
If you want more ridiculous awesomeness from Opeth I suggest The Drapery Falls, Blackwater park or Deliverance

I really love how you don’t just pause and get right into the song.
_Damn near 12 minutes_ is pretty standard for Opeth. 😄
