I made this a couple nights ago and it came out fantastic, even after I botched it a bit by adding too much pasta. It's still awesome and it yielded a lot of food, which is perfect for meal prep.
Have you ever added Ground Mortadella instead of Sausage to your Meat Sauce? The flavor and tenderness of Mortadella is amazing. My Mother taught me how to make meat sauce in the exact sequence as yourself. I make a superior meat sauce. I endorse your meat sauce. 🎉😊
Instead of using bell pepper I added garnished carrot and used coriander and mint leave as herbs and it still tasted delicious… Thanks so much for this recipe 😍😍❤️
I subscribe to an Italian chef, and he is adamant that the wine goes in and cooks off first before adding the crushed tomatoes and the basil is only added at the very end (last 10 minutes) to get the best flavor from the basil. I'm not a chef, and I'm not trying to criticize you, but that is what I learned. Love your channel, and please keep sharing your recipes.
I've tried three times and it's my only spaghetti that's made in my house now. My family and neighloved it thank you Mr. Wings and everything ! I love a lot of your recipes! Plus, you're not bad on my eyes!
Like, did I just die and go to heaven? Those types of recipes that I try to replicate. YUUUUMMMM!!!!! Now I understand why you didn't add the pasta with it. The sauce itself stands out in this video.
Everything you have for your meat sauce is the saaaaaame way I cook mine. I've just never added bay leaves before. I usually get hot Sicilian sausage too. I got no complaints. Your sauce looks good. Might make some tomorrow.
OH DIOS MIO, MAMMA MIA, OH MY GOD....Mane, I just came from the store with ingredients to make spaghetti and meatsauce and your notification popped up. Loads of flavor in your sauce str8 from Flavortown. Next time I'll have to add sausage to mine. SALUTE 🫡
Nice recipe! Anytime a recipe calls for red or white wine. I am totally lost when it comes to what type to add. Most Italian dishes require wine. It definitely adds flavor!!
Oh man. I can do alot with that sauce right there. Make a sandwich with toasted french bread with melted cheese or over white rice with some baked beans and collard greens. Lol
Get behind me satan! This 👀 looks ABSOLUTELY 💯 amazing! I think “Alabama has outdone itself tonight . I wonder 💭 what was the inspiration; did those turkeys 🦃 and their wings not quite hit the spot this year? I say let’s freeze some of this masterpiece for latter! Delicious.
I was always told that I was doing meat sauce wrong by not separating the veggies and meat in cooking them up. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who does that. I would like to let you know that I get the ground meat meant for making a meatballs and meatloaf because it has I think ground veal and pork besides the ground beef which to me sends it even more over the top along with the sausage.
Cooking is an art not an exact science. Yes some techniques yield better results but their is no right or wrong way to cook. If the food is not burnt, overly seasoned whether it salt, pepper, etc then it's all good. I cook the food the way I like. Do you. 🙏🏾👍🏾
@@IDONGIVAPHUCK for real for real. How does beef broth throw you off😂🤔 You'll typically thin it out with water if needed. I'd rather use a broth over water if applicable.
@@DarienSwish I'd suggest adding some of the pasta water, not water from the tap. This will add a creaminess to the sauce. That's what chefs add to sauces.
I will put the sauce on any type of pasta 😂 and add me some garlic bread 🥖 and I’m done. Love 💕 😢these recipes. Oh, by the way you can get some tortillas chips too!!
The brisk pace of this video is good if you have all the stuff ready to go and just need the instructions without unnecessary talk. The other videos I watched before this, people are babbling on about other things draging their video out to twice as long. My hands are wet and messy trying to find a more concise video(this one) for getting this thing done. Thanks.
all ingredients are good, but this is not ultimate for me, i add veggies like carrots and celery in a italian way, then i finish up with parmesan cheese
This was delicious. I just made this. Thanks for the simple but flavorful recipes.
You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it.

Minimum about 6. You can. Probably squeeze 8 depending how much you put on each serving.

What brand of dry red wine did you use? I never know what to buy.
