She means that although she’ll get her legs and it will look to others as though she’s walking so graceful that she’s gliding, it will actually be painful for her to have legs. The witch’s warning was you can become human but you will suffer for it and ultimately lose your life in the process.
@@Ladyhoneybun242 I think the sea witch knew what would happen. she knew the little Mermaid wouldn't B able 2 win her prince without her voice and gave her sisters that dagger so she would suffer knowing that the mermaid lost her true love and possible chance 2 win an immortal soul and would suffer even more knowing she took the the life of her prince.
Hola. la version de esta pelicula de que pais es y quien es su director y quienes son sus actores. quiero conseguir esta version en español. me puedes ayudar? .
I love Disney's version of The Little Mermaid better, because it doesn't have a sad ending like this one because this version is based on the tragic fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson.
Hi. the version of this movie about what country it is and who its director is and who its actors are. I want to get this version in Spanish. can you help me?
She refuses to kill him because she loves him too much and wants him to be happy. She accepts her fate and ends up becoming a spirit of the air having to do good deeds before she can get a soul.
So when the Little Mermaid drinks the Sea Witch's Potion, she turns into a human, make one right move, and she glides like a dancer, but make one wrong move, and her step cuts like a knife, and at sunrise her heart breaks, her body turns to sea foam, if she does good, she gets an Immortal Soul and lives forever among the stars, and when she turns 15, she swims up to the surface.
So he just found a pretty girl and forget the mermaid bc of that? Wow, he’s more of an ass than original prince. At least that one had a case of mistakened identity.
This is what happened in the original story. In the book he became fond of her and just saw her as a companion. She couldn’t speak to him so I guess he didn’t find that attractive.
@@Ladyhoneybun242 He's totally enchanted by the voice he heard, after he was rescued. He's in love with the idea of finding that girl. That's the irony of the story, that the Little Mermaid gave away the thing the Prince was searching for. By the time he's ready to move on he's already friend zoned her and found another
Here's how I would have ended this: Mermaid stabs the sea bitch. As a result she gets her tongue back and she can choose between being a mermaid or a human and can do so at anytime. Sea bitch becomes sea foam leaving no trace of her. Mermaid then leaves and goes to be with her family but sometimes goes on land just to enjoy some scenery. The prince eventually finds her. She tells him off. Bewildered she can speak now, she tells him everything, and he feels like a complete fool. He says he still loves her, but she says if that was the case he wouldn't have been won away so easily. Consulting with her family, she comes up with a series of tasks he must do to prove his love for her. It takes a total of three years but ultimately he proves himself and then they marry. Y'all like?
Actually now that I think of it, we can have it where he finds her one day when she's on land only to sight see. He is astounded when she can not only speak but she tells him what happened and he feels foolish. However she tells him off, letting him know she has no use for a man who only cares about looks and not about substance, and she learned that because of this situation. To add insult to injury, she finds a nice merman. By virtue of being her true love, he also can go back and forth between land and sea at will, so the prince has to watch her in the arms of another and live with his loss the rest of his life. The mermaid and her love have descendants and their gift passes down generations. Furthermore, as a result of their gift, they not only live 300 years, but they also get to become stars after they die. Meanwhile the prince dies with no wife or children. Y'all like this version or the other better that I've come up with?
why not just tell the prince some how that she save him not another pitching princess scrull her i saved u dont marry her that how blind he is to worries about the arrange marrage not to notice the truth

+CHAMP ThisGuyLewis The little mermaid's design is very ethereal - her skin is glittery, almost translucent, so there's no way you can forget that she isn't human. And... wow! They kept the bit where the sea witch cuts off the little mermaid's tongue as payment. This is the first version I've seen that they do this!
@@jayashinaparthiban1209 Then her tongue grew back, her skin turns blue, her hair turns white, and her body turns all black as night and ending in six gigantic tentacles, she revealed that her name is Ursula, and she vows for revenge against the sea and land as the sea witch.
The original story actually has a more deeper and spiritual meaning. She just doesn’t want to the prince she wants a soul, she wants to go to heaven. She suffers and is allowed to continue living in the end, not as a human or a mermaid, but as a spirit.
