Thanx Man.. You saved mine a lot of time.. Though i did'nt had to delete my whole WindowsDefender folder. In my case there was a third-party folder named "Spynet" i just deleted that folder and my problem got solved. Btw i did backup the whole WindowsDefender folder for just incase.( as per your video showed)

Sir it didn't solve in my case it's still the same... Actually it doesn't show "the setting is managed by your administrator" above the Real time protection. Its simply greyed out. It shows that message only above tamper protection. Any possible help would be really appreciated!

what should i do?

or i just export two of them since that is all i found?
Edit: i got error trying to delete the Windows Defender.

Still works in 2023 , tho I didn't delete the entire Windows defender , but only Spynet folder which turned on cloud- deliver protection , automatic sample , tamper protection and later deleted Windows defender folder which came with a error but It worked after a restart (always backup first). Thank you ❤️
