This video is amazing, I love all your travels but wow. You videos are of the highest quality. I want to know more of that lioness with the nose bleed. Hope you go back to that park. Thank you for sharing your travels.
I'm so glad you enjoyed watching! I feel the same - it's so easy to get attached to the individual animals and want to know what happens next in their stories. I'm toying with the idea of having a safari in only 1 or 2 locations and maximising my time in each location so I can really get to know the animals more and see more of their lives.
In August i’ve been to Namibia and Botswana and it was beautiful! Amazing! I am only 13 years so it was even more special! I’ve realised how nice the world is. But i didn’t saw a cheeta or a leopard. I really enjoy watching your video’s and i hope you keep going!
Thanks for sharing your experience! It's incredible that you've seen so much at such a young age. I didn't see a cheetah or leopard on my first ever safari either. Perhaps on your next one!
Thank you for another amazing video! That leopard sighting was worth its weight in gold! Incredible to see him feast on the tree. Nice job with taking such clear footage with the fading light and the tricky conditions. You really brought out the tension with the hyena waiting around the leopard. And, such a cute sighting of baby hyenas. We've never seen the pup being carried by a mother. Thanks for sharing such a rare and unique sighting! As always, keep up the great work. Thanks for sharing your amazing safari experiences with careful and engaging editing, laced with brilliant narration!
Thank you very much for the comment! Yes, I honestly couldn’t believe our luck with the leopard sighting. When I went through the footage I still couldn’t believe it! Nature is full of so many wonderful surprises and that’s why I can never get bored of safaris 🤩
Fantastic Video Ella !! Loved it. Amazing sightings. Is this the same Mobile camping that starts from Maun and ends at Kasane covering Moremi, Khwai and Savuti, Chobe and vice-a-versa. ?
Did you see any other tourists in Khwai? Tourists seldom go to this area of Moremi. My friend and I attended a field guide training course in Khwai around 8 years ago. We were the only foreigners there and apart from our small camp, the only other camp was the one that housed the APU (anti-poaching unit) of the Botswana army. It was truly magical!
Yes we saw a few other vehicles. At the leopard sighting it did get a little busy at one point with perhaps 6 vehicles all there. However there were also moments of complete isolation like when we followed the lionesses. We saw no other vehicle for hours
Thank you! There were charging facilities in the vehicle (a multi-plug with around 8 sockets including USB ones) so I charged my batteries whilst we were driving as well as overnight as the power remained even when the vehicle wasn't on as they had a backup battery. They also had an additional battery powered by a solar panel which could be used for electronics when you're at camp in the day. As a back-up I also purchased and brought with me 2 power banks which can charge high power items like laptops. These were very helpful for charging my laptop as its not easy to charge that on the move and I didn't want to leave it out charging at night!

Now that you've done Kenya, Tanzania and Botswana I think it's time you came to Zambia - South Luangwa or Lower Zanbezi National Parks in particular.
I most certainly will! 🤩
You should plan a trip to Egypt. You will love it!
just amazing!
one question: how did you manage to charge the camera batteries while on that sort of mobile safari?
