these stacks of goodness are so yummy, can't stop eating them.
If you also want to make these, I used the recipe below.
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 cups coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp rose essence
2 drops pink gel food colouring
Directions:
Sift the icing sugar and cream of tartar. Add in the condensed
milk and coconut and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into two bowls, to one bowl
add the vanilla essence and to the other bowl add
in the rose essence as well as the pink gel food colouring.
Mix until everything is well combined. Press the plain layer into
the pan and then press the pink layer on top, smooth out
evenly. Place in the fridge to firm up about 3 hours. Cut into
pieces and enjoy!!!

I did not find it sweet, but you can use stevia instead or any other healthier alternative. Hope you make this at home. Enjoy!
