I’m so happy for you!!
Congrats on the tomatoes surviving the storm AND on the small business grant progress! That's AWESOME! I'd suggest maybe fencing the most vunerable parts of the garden to deter your feathered digging machines from those areas or adding another layer of height to their current pen fence.
You are a Lady of Valour.
Hugs! ❤
Awesome your tomatoes survived the storm!
Awesome your Path is Moving Forward! ❤
Thank you for sharing with Us@
Exciting, Anna! 🎉
That storm was terrifying last week. So glad your little plants survived.
Wow, I'm so very excited for you Anna! You are an amazingly strong woman and you are going to rock your new business adventure!! Keep the faith and keep pushing forward with determination! I love watching your journey! 💖
So excited for you and your newest business venture!
Lady you are rocking this! You will love the journey of your business & be happy you don’t have dyslexia on top of everything else. Strike when the motivation happens💯
😂 I do! It just doesn’t affect my everyday life as much, it’s mostly mixing up number and difficult to read because the words get jumbled
Keep at it! Love hearing all the great news. Sending you good energy that it all comes together.
The last couple of years, I have used a wood skewer to tie up my newly planted tomatoes. Before that , I had lots of broken tomatoes from the crazy storms here is Western Arkansas. It has been working well for me.
Looking great! You’ve come so far in your “new” garden!
Yesterday was our 2 year missouiversary so I was just thinking the same thing!
Holy cow!!! This is exciting! I’m gonna order sauerkraut for sure from you! I am so excited for you… Pat yourself on the back!
Congratulations
Thank you 😃
IT's a lot of work Anna. Really enjoy your videos.🦃🦫🦆🐧Love nature and its beauties.

@@FermentedHomestead you're very welcome.
Crap those bugs are big, scream and run NOW!! Lol
I wish you every success in you endeavor.
They they weren’t completely harmless I sure would! When they land on me I do freak out though
congrats anna on the fermenting business -- wishing you a ton of luck going forward!!! it was also great to see that your tomato plants made it through the storm 🙃🙂
Thank you!
The audio sounds great! I love that dress 😍 there’s something very satisfying about using those broadforks.
Yay for the good news! The business and the garden surviving the storm
😁
Thank you! I’m trying to not get too excited too early but I can’t help it!
I am very excited for you Anna. I've been waiting for you to get to this point. May God bless these steps you need to take and bring those pieces that need to come together in good timing. ❤
Thank you so much! 🥰
A fermentation business is so exciting!! I might have to plan a road trip one day if/when you can get it set up! Unless of course online sales are possible ☺️
I totally get the ADHD brain getting in the way and messing things up. That happened to me with mine and my husband's attempt but to be fair I feel like it was an already saturated market that we were trying to get into. One day we'll figure out something. Can't wait to see your journey!
I'm very excited for you, Anna! I wish you much success with the fermenting business. I look forward to supporting you with this!
Thank you so much!
Yes super excited to try your products ❤
Thank you. I am having big problems with depression this year. And really this is my favourite time of year. But not this year . Thanks I really love your channel from Ontario Canada
You can conquer!
Congrats Anna! On the tomatoes going in the ground and the awesome news on the fermentation business!!
It sure is! Some other possibly exciting news that could possibly speed up the process but it could go either way so I don’t wanna jinx it by talking about it yet 😂
We are in the central MO ozarks out in the country and the cicadas are something else. So loud 24/7. Though I have noticed the last two days that they have quieted down a lot. I was sweeping them off of my porch and they actually sounded like they were screaming at me. 🤢
Same here, I think they are affected by the bizarre weather
Fellow ADHD brain here! I literally felt EVERY WORD as u described the path u are on currently...SUPER PROUD OF YOU! Hugs from SandyEggo, Ca... 😂❤
Have you tried bullet journals? The super plain ones, I just brain dump without categorizing it from start to finish. No organization just in chronological order and I usually can recall roughly when I wrote it and it just works for my scattered brain
@@FermentedHomestead just recently heard of bullet journals! Since it works for u-now I'm going to try! thanks! Cheers! ❤️
Look at you, Big Businesswoman!! I get it, I need lists for my lists, so you sound like you are on it!!! I am excited to see it come into fruition!
I can make lists till the cows come home but I struggle to go back and look at thrm
@@FermentedHomestead yes But I still try ! LOL
💜
No risk, no Jain. You go girl! Blessings!
I watched a lady in Vietnam go put and collect those noisy bugs that I can't spell the name of circadas? Anyway she took them to market and sold a ton of them lots of people bought them by the bag full.she took some home and cooked them .she cooked red ants too and made a spicey food additive from them .
🤢
Cool mic 😊
Cut the feathers on one wing so they can't fly out.
They are cut, maybe it’s time for a touch up
I was out moving the hay back up the horses pushed out of the feeder. A huge nope rope (garter snake) slithered across the toe of my boot! I will only go out there with boots on! 😂 😂 😂
Nope rope for sure!!!
Someday we’ll see your products in Walmart 😊
Maybe one day!
LOL!!!
I dug tators today in flops. I would have done it barefoot, but the shovel hurt. Me and my son don't wear shoes from April to November. Well, he puts on his boots when welding. Stepping on slag just once is enough.
I got my mators out way early. Not always smart here. I've lost everything a few times...But, I do wait until the second week of April. I love MI Gardener's 42 day tomato. They aren't kiddin! We're eating red ones here and there, picking peppers, and I've got cuc's on the vine. Harvested my early tators and have been bringing the cabbage in as needed.
Try looking up Korean fermentation crocks. They're plastic, yes...but I bought small, medium and large and I really like them...for some things.
I love it! I was going to sell soaps and I always end up just giving them to friends and family...though my sister did sell a batch out of her store for me. I should make more...
But, my food and critters are priority right now. And it'd be nice to vacuum and sweep more than I do right now. Dishes, cooking, laundry, chores, and weeds have me swamped.
I wish I had but the storms just kept coming wave after wave, seeing how well they survived a same day massive storm just fine makes me realize I can plant them regardless. I advertise that I do not use plastic in fermentation so those sorts of fermenters wouldn’t work for me, I see them in the Asian markets here
If I lived near you I’d come help and work in the commercial kitchen in exchange for the pure experience. As a bonus, I’m an introvert so you really wouldn’t even need to feel that you had to talk to me!
That would be great!
Some people eat cicadas. Not recommending it but it should mean they make good animal feed if you're really patient.
I can assure you I’m not 😂
Guinea fowl go up in trees. Wonder if they'd eat up the cicadas.
Ya but then you’d have to hear guineas squawking
Wait? What? Cicadas have mouth part? I was always told they didn't live long enough to need to eat....
If they don’t eat how could they live?
@@FermentedHomestead was told they are like mayflies. Born with enough to crawl out of the dirt, shed their shell and procreate. There are a bunch of insects that only live for a week or so and then feed the soil.
So happy things are moving forward. Best wishes for your success. You can do it. How can I contact you? Do you have an email address I could use..? I’d like to help. I’m not a troll just an old lady who would like to help.
That’s very kind of you, my email is just my channel name at gmail dot com, it will flag the comment if I put an email. I think it’s in my channel about page
