Nobody denies that God's Holy Spirit is bestowed to his people. And nobody denies prophecies, visions, etc. But are they true or false? That is what is important to consider. Same Bible says in OT, if a prophecy is not fulfilled, consider that prophet as a false prophet. Bible teaches us to discern prophecies and make sure that those prophecies are true, and visions that come true etc. Not the false, human mind's concocted visions. If they don't fulfill, then those certainly are out of falsehood and thus, of devil.
