- Buch of mates go for a 2 day ride to Picton NZ. We discover a fully operational Spitfire in a shed, try out pickled eggs and soak in the sights along the East Coast of the South Island, New Zealand.
Enjoy!
What a great adventure :) Love watching your travels.
Thnx, enjoying your videos. Nice to see the New Zealand landscape through the eyes of a biker. Can't wait till I'll see it myself next april. 😄
Thanks, it's an amazing country!
Look us up when you get here Pascal :-)
Fantastic video mate. What a treasure trove that hanger turned out to be. And who knew a triumph held the key to such a special place.

USA to NZ, 1:31 NOT a muscle car.
1:40 much better.
Which road were you riding at the very end of the video?
reksubbn it’s a back road from Kaikōura and goes through a small town called Waiau, these roads have changed heaps since we had a large earthquake and the main road was closed for a year and re built this back road became the only link to Kaikōura for a while so not sure on the condition, is one of my favourites
Jonathan Mackie thanks. Coming to NZ in November. Thinking about the road from Picton through Greymouth to Christchurch. Is there a better road from Picton to Christchurch since the earthquake? Might be in a car for that bit. Renting MC from Christchurch to Queenstown etc.
reksubbn I would definitely include the road from Westport to Greymouth along the coast it’s one of the best coast roads around luckily all roads in the South Island are amazing, one tip would be always have a full tank
